Our story

Three things we won't compromise on.

We make our pasta by hand every morning. We light a real wood fire at 4pm — never gas, never an electric oven. We pour wines from small producers we have actually visited.

We're not the cheapest place in the neighbourhood. We are the place that gives a damn.
